Who We Are
Via One Company Limited, Thailand, is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.
What We Collect, and Why
We only collect personal data through the forms you choose to fill in. We do not collect anything from visitors who simply browse the site.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message — used to respond to your enquiry.
- Property enquiry form (on an individual listing page): your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message — used to connect you with the agent responsible for that property, and to route the enquiry through our internal lead-tracking system.
- Saved search alerts: your email address and the search filters you set — used solely to notify you when a new property matching those filters is published. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every alert email.
- Customer account: your name, email address, and password — used to let you save favourite properties and see which properties you’ve previously enquired about. New accounts are reviewed by our team before activation.
- Career applications: your name, email address, phone number, the position you’re applying for, years of experience, a cover message, and — if you choose to attach one — your résumé/CV file. Used solely to evaluate your application.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies:
- Language preference — remembers whether you’re viewing the site in English, Thai, or German.
- Saved properties — if you save a favourite property without a customer account, a cookie remembers your selection on your device for 30 days. Creating a customer account replaces this with a more permanent, account-based record.
- Sign-in session — if you log in (as a customer or, for our staff, as an agent or administrator), a standard WordPress session cookie keeps you signed in.
The property comparison tool stores your selections locally in your browser only (via localStorage) — this data is never sent to our server and never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
A small number of requests are made to external services as part of normal site operation:
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers.
- Google Maps — if enabled, property location maps are loaded from Google.
- Translation services (DeepL / MyMemory) — used only to translate property and page content that our own staff write. Visitor-submitted personal data (from any of the forms listed above) is never sent to a translation service.
Each of these services may process technical data (such as your IP address) according to their own privacy policies when your browser requests them.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep enquiry, application, and account data for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your Rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
